In the event of account termination for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure. Verified real-money balances will be returned subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
